Festival dei Due Mondi. Manifesti 1958-2025 2025
From June 28 to January 11, 2026, the ground floor of Palazzo Collicola in Spoleto presents Festival dei Due Mondi. Posters 1958–2025, an exhibition that traces the Festival’s visual identity through the posters created across its 68 editions. The show features a selection of graphic works by renowned international artists, offering a look at the evolution of visual communication and its connection with contemporary art.
Among the artists who have created posters over the years are Balthus, Alberto Burri, Joan Miró, Cy Twombly, David Hockney, Daniel Buren, Niki de Saint Phalle, Anish Kapoor, Willem De Kooning, Helen Frankenthaler, Luigi Ontani, Enzo Cucchi, Emilio Vedova and many more. Each poster is a blend of artistic language and cultural messaging, reflecting both the spirit of its time and the Festival’s identity.
