After the success of the second edition, the "Ciliegiolo d'Italia" (Italy Ciliegiolo) is going to be back in Narni: on the 20th and 21st May two days entirely dedicated to one of the most historical vine variety of the region.

That weekend will see as protagonists wines coming from the different territories in which this vine variety occurs.

These wines are produced with different styles and methods, but always through a single-variety winemaking.

At the San Domenico auditorium, it will be possible to participate to different tastings and seminars, in the presence of enthusiasts, journalists and workers in the sector, so to be able to discover the differences among wines produced in different locations, with different climates, terrains and productive ideas, yet coming from only one vine variety: the ciliegiolo.

During the exhibition, a large space will be also given to a loyal wine-mate, the food: on the agenda are scheduled cooking shows to display some secrets of Umbria cuisine and, thanks to the collaboration with Slow Food South-Umbria territories, it will be possible to taste some Presidia, small and rare Italian food farming makings.
