Assisi Biennale
| Palazzo Monte Frumentario in the historic town centre of Assisi is hosting the "Biennale di Assisi", from the 25th September to the 4th October. |
| Works by 44 international artists will be on display, with particular attention paid to those from Argentina and Switzerland. Their works will be compared with those of the other artists present, with the aim of promoting an exchange of language and techniques, on a social and cultural level. In addition to the exhibition, workshops, conferences, concerts and many other collateral events are planned. The inauguration on Friday 25th September will also kick off a silent auction, which ends on Saturday 3rd October, giving the chance for art collectors and art lovers to buy some of the works on display. Some of the proceeds will be donated to charity. |
