From North to South through the Centre and the islands, more than 60 cities on Tuesday 31^st October, on the occasion of the 14^th National Day of Urban Trekking, are going to offer itineraries among history, art and tradition.

On the occasion it will be possible to discover through trekking trails the most suggestive views of the Italian historical centres, among mysteries and legends.

Amelia, Narni, Perugia and Spoleto are just some of the Umbrian municipalities that will take part in the event: on the 31^st October, in the four splendid cities of the Green Heart, don’t miss the appointments of urban trekking organized to get to know better their rich heritage, by combining sport and culture through itineraries in the most hidden and charming corners of the towns!
