From July 11 to 20, Umbria Jazz will once again bring the streets, squares, and theaters of Perugia to life with a rich program of roaming concerts and major events. This iconic festival, a global reference for jazz music, promises unforgettable emotions once more this year.

Among the most anticipated events at the Arena Santa Giuliana:

• July 11: The festival opens with Angélique Kidjo and her project “HOPE”, followed by a performance from Thee Sacred Souls, for an evening where music bridges cultures and generations.
• July 12: The Stefano Bollani Quintet will bring its electrifying jazz energy to the stage. Following them, Patagarri, a rising sensation thanks to the freshness and vitality of their music, will perform — a new voice Umbria Jazz has chosen to spotlight.
• July 13: A night of great musical elegance with two international stars: Dianne Reeves and Herbie Hancock.
• July 14: The young revelation Samara Joy will share the stage with the powerful voice of Gregory Porter.
• July 15: A trio of excellence for jazz and fusion lovers: Ledisi, Kurt Elling, and the Yellowjackets pay special tribute to Weather Report.
• July 16: On stage, Lee Ritenour and the extraordinary SatchVai Band, featuring two guitar legends: Joe Satriani and Steve Vai.
• July 17: A must-see double set with the groove of Marcus Miller and the innovative artistry of Jacob Collier.
• July 18: The powerful sound of Kamasi Washington will alternate with the refined funk of Candy Dulfer, joined by a special guest: Shelby J.
• July 19: The spotlight shines on Mika, a singer-songwriter of irresistible hits and a charismatic, versatile showman who will enchant the audience with his unique style and contagious energy.
• July 20: Two major acts close the festival: on one side, music legend Lionel Richie, Grammy, Oscar, and Golden Globe winner with over 125 million records sold worldwide; on the other, Mitch Woods, known for his unmistakable boogie-woogie and swing.

Beyond these concerts, jazz music will take center stage in Perugia’s squares and prestigious venues.
