In Terni, from 28 November 2025 to 6 January 2026, Luce di Donna will bring a citywide project dedicated to female creativity and narratives. Light installations and artistic interventions will transform the historic centre into an open-air gallery, creating a narrative path that unfolds through squares and streets such as Piazza Europa, Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Tacito, Piazza San Francesco and Piazza dell’Olmo.

The programme includes artistic installations, architectural projections on historic buildings, text-based routes featuring quotes from women writers, luminous scenographies and soundscapes spread along the main urban routes. Highlights include the large multimedia Christmas tree in Piazza Europa, the projections dedicated to figures such as Rita Levi Montalcini, Alda Merini, Marie Curie, Artemisia Gentileschi and Nilde Iotti, and the luminous sculpture Bodies in Alliance by Marinella Senatore.

The event will be accompanied by exhibitions, thematic talks, children’s activities and weekend entertainment. The Rovaniemi Village in Piazza Solferino will host workshops and family-friendly activities, together with markets, background music and the traditional tourist train guiding visitors through the installations.
