Chestnuts and vino novello (new wine): a winning combination which for years has been a star attraction at the traditional autumnal appointment in Fossato di Vico "Le Cantine di San Martino" (The Taverns of Saint Martin).

From the 13th to the 15th November all of the historic centre, from the  "rughe" (a rare example of castle architecture) to the medieval town's splendid streets, is filled with the colours and flavours of autumn, with many specialities of traditional cooking to enjoy, including local products from the Park of Monte Cucco.

Music, flavours and traditions await you for two days of food, wine and entertainment.
