From 4 to 26 October 2025, on weekends, Terni will host FlashFest by Rave Meditation, an event bringing flashmobs, music, sport and performances to different parts of the city. The initiative involves citizens, artists, associations and sports groups in a participatory experience that highlights the community and the local area.

At the heart of the festival is the flashmob, with spontaneous performances turning the streets into urban stages, creating surprise and emotion and encouraging direct contact between artists and the public. The unpredictability of each performance makes the experience unique and capable of spreading quickly through social media.

Local businesses have joined the project in large numbers, recognising its potential for revitalising the historic centre and attracting more visitors. To preserve the element of surprise, the programme will not be made public: times and places will remain undisclosed so that each appearance is unexpected and memorable.
