The XXV edition of the Festival Villa Solomei, Rassegna di musica classica tradizionale e contemporanea, will be held from 23 June to 2 July 2024.
Sunday 23 June will start with "The discovery of America, a musicological conference curated by Silvia Paparelli at 11 am, "C.P.E. Bach: Double Concert" with Marco Scolastra, Fabio Ciofini, Orchestra Senzaspine and Matteo Parmeggiani at 5.30 pm, and "In tempore organi" with Michele Santi and Gabriele Giacomelli at 7 pm.
Friday 28 June, instead, will begin at 5 pm at the Teatro Cucinelli with "Voices from Broadway" at 5 pm, "Third Avenue, I" at 6 pm, "Laudate dominum..." at 6.30 pm and "Aperitivo in musica - Third Avenue II" at 7.30 pm and "Solomeo Jazz Night" at 9.15 pm.
It will continue on Saturday 29 June with 'Aperitivo in musica - American Pie' at 19:30 and 'A War' at 21:15.
On Sunday 30 June, at 11 a.m., there will be the 'Artists' Mass', 'Dancers in love - Duke Ellington's compositions for operatic voice' at 8 p.m., and 'W.A. Mozart: Coronation Mass KV 317' at 9.15 p.m.
On 1 July, again at 9.15pm, 'Love & Inspiration - The New York City Gospel Choir' and, to finish, on 2 July 'Whisper Sounds' with Mario Biondi at 9.15pm.
