From 14 to 16 November 2025, the city of Orvieto will host the twelfth edition of the Festival of Dialogue, an event dedicated to reflection and discussion on issues related to civic coexistence and collective responsibility. The Festival will take place at the Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo, a symbolic venue of Orvieto’s cultural life, and will revolve around the theme “For a Civilization of Care: Cultivating the Common Good.”

The initiative offers an opportunity to explore the meaning of care as a principle of relationship, attention to oneself, to others, and to the environment. Over the three days, meetings, round tables and dialogues with experts, scholars and representatives from the cultural, social and health sectors will alternate, aiming to investigate the multiple dimensions of care in contemporary life.

A significant role will also be played by art, with the collective exhibition “Art as Care”, curated by Anna Appolloni, which will offer visitors a visual journey translating the value of care into a universal and shared language.
