Festa dell’Oca di Bettona 2026
In Bettona, from March 12 to 15, 2026, the Cenacolo di San Crispolto will host a special edition of the Festa dell’Oca di Bettona, opening the celebrations for the 60th anniversary of Pro Loco Bettona. The event follows a well-established tradition that promotes local gastronomy and the historical heritage of the town.
For this edition, the festival takes place in one of the most representative venues of the historic center, creating a connection between artistic heritage and culinary identity. The program focuses on goose-based cuisine, a distinctive element of Bettona’s food tradition.
The initiative combines tradition, innovation and variety. Alongside historic goose recipes passed down through generations, special dishes created for the occasion will be presented. Each day features a different fixed menu. Dinners will be held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8:00 pm, while Sunday will be dedicated to lunch. Reservation is mandatory.
