Dancity Festival 2025
Montefalco will host the Dancity Summer Festival from 20th to 22nd June 2025, an international event dedicated to contemporary electronic music. Set in the natural surroundings of Cantina Raína, the festival offers three days of live performances, DJ sets and installations, blending sound, art and community with the local landscape.
The 21st edition introduces Dancity Invites, a new format that opens the festival to independent musical collectives. The first guest will be MRC, a group that explores the intersections of sound experimentation, visual arts and club culture. Among the featured artists: DJ Nobu, Dax J, Yanamaste, Animistic Beliefs, Blanka, Bee and Ribes.
Saturday focuses on Latin American sounds, with Matias Aguayo, Verraco, RHR, Teto Preto, and the world premiere of Lorenzo BITW b2b Orchestra Moderna. Independent scenes from Rome and Umbria will also be represented by collectives KLANG and Eufonia.
The grand finale on Sunday pays tribute to Detroit, the birthplace of techno, with Juan Atkins and DJ Stingray 313.
In addition to music, the festival offers natural wine tastings, talks, workshops, and a clear commitment to sustainability. It’s a chance to experience electronic music outside traditional venues, in close contact with nature and the local culture.
