Spoleto, on 31 December 2025, celebrates the arrival of the New Year with New Year’s Eve in Piazza Duomo. From 11.00 pm, the square becomes an open meeting place for residents and visitors, in the heart of the historic centre.

The evening is accompanied by live music from the Summertime Choir, an ensemble of professional singers and musicians. The repertoire ranges across gospel, soul, funky and pop, accompanying the audience until midnight. The concert takes place from the steps of the Teatro Caio Melisso Carla Fendi, blending into the setting of the square.

At midnight, the toast marks the transition to 2026. The celebration continues with music and entertainment, involving the audience in the countdown and accompanying the first hours of the New Year until 2.00 am.

The event has free admission and is part of the city’s programme of Christmas events.
