L'Umbria si rimette in moto - Umbria is back on track

Umbria is spontaneously an ideal territory for motorcycle's trips: its hills, its streets rich with turns, the constant slopes and the limited traffic make it perfect for a motorcycle trip.

On the 25th and the 26th March, on the first spring's weekend, the Italian Green Heart is therefore going to bring together motorcycle tourists and bikers: it's "Umbria is back on track", the initiative born to relaunch Umbrian tourism, hit by the earthquake.

Several districts have already taken part (from Bevagna to Deruta, from Panicale to Castiglione del Lago, from Spello to Perugia, through Assisi, Spoleto, Trevi and the Valnerina area, with Cascia, Norcia, Scheggino and Preci, just to name a few): each participating city is going to host a welcome point where it will be possible to donate 10 euros in favour of the Civil Protection, as well as to receive the program mentioning the relative benefits expected along the itinerary and to receive the Official Patch of the event for free.

Beyond the beautiful itineraries that will allow to discover Umbrian beauties, on schedule there are also going to be some side events (special mention should be made of "Nero Norcia" that will take place in the St. Benedict's Church exactly on 25th and 26th March).
