With its 56^th edition, on schedule from the 17^th to the 19^th November, “The Gold of Spello” is among the most ancient Umbrian festivals devoted to oil. 

For three days the Infiorata Town is going to host a series of cultural and gastronomic initiatives, with a series of events aiming at enhancing and promoting the extra virgin olive oil.

Furthermore, for the entire duration of the event, the restaurants of the historical centre joining the initiative are going to offer themed menus with the oil as protagonist and on the inaugural evening of Friday 27^th, they will host as guests chefs and speakers coming from different Italian regions who will cook “with four hands” together with the executive chefs.

On Sunday 19^th, instead, there will be an unmissable appointment with the parade of folklore floats along the streets of the splendid medieval village for the “Good ended”, the traditional festivity that celebrates the end of the olive harvest.
