The Gold of Spello
With its fifty-seventh edition, scheduled from 16th to 18th November, " The Gold of Spello" is one of the oldest Umbrian events dedicated to oil.
For three days the City of Infiorata is going to host a series of cultural and gastronomic events, exhibitions and seminars aimed at enhancing and promoting the extra virgin olive oil, including tasting courses, tastings and cooking shows.
On Sunday 18th don't miss the appointment with the parade of folk floats along the streets of the splendid medieval village for the "Benfinita" (“Well ended”), the traditional festival that celebrates the end of the olive harvest.
