Settembre in Tezio 2025
In Perugia, from September 5 to 28, 2025, Settembre in Tezio returns, a calendar of events that intertwine nature, culture, and community. The event, organized by the committee “Tezio Partecipa”, runs throughout the month with activities designed to engage families, citizens, and enthusiasts in a journey combining theater, literature, environmental education, and creativity.
The opening is scheduled for Friday, September 5, at the Colle Umberto schools with the children’s theater performance “Un orco da paura”, performed by Domenico Madera and Alessia Rosi, organized by Teatro Le Onde. The following week, on Friday, September 12, the Fuseum will host the meeting “Books under the Tezio”, presenting Fabio Capitanucci’s book “Letters from Rhodes: The Forgotten Tragedy of the War in the Aegean”.
On Saturday, September 13, at Villa del Colle del Cardinale, there will be a presentation of the book by Erminia Irace and Manuel Vaquero, “Landscapes of the Modern Age: From Petrarch to Napoleon”, in collaboration with Umbria Green Festival. From September 14 to 21, on the occasion of Custody Week, the Colle Umberto schools will host the workshop “Care for Nature, Special Squad”, with educational activities for children to reflect on the importance of caring for the environment.
The theme of participation will also be central on Saturday, September 20, with “Regenerations, Cenerente Participates”: a collective initiative hosted by the schools of Cenerente, designed as a day of shared actions and active citizenship to regenerate and enhance common spaces.
The closing is scheduled for Sunday, September 28 at Villa del Colle del Cardinale with “Relegart, a Different Fashion Show”, an event combining fashion, art, and inclusion, offering an original perspective on how creativity can become a tool for participation and social cohesion.
