Perugia IN Forma 2025
On 20 and 21 September 2025, Piazza del Bacio in Perugia will host Perugia IN Forma – Sport City Day, a free event open to all and dedicated to sport, wellbeing and training. Organised by MSP Italia – Umbria Committee, it will transform the square into an open-air sports city, with non-stop lessons, workshops and activities.
The programme includes workshops for managers and instructors, such as the Tamboo Workshop and the Multidisciplinary Master, offering opportunities for professional development and exchange in the fitness sector. A space will also be dedicated to the Self-Defence & Women’s Project, with practical classes designed to promote awareness and personal safety.
On Sunday morning the Special Interval Smile Club will take place, an inclusive workout for walkers and runners with simple and fun exercises in a lively and engaging atmosphere.
Alongside the sports activities there will also be moments of socialising and entertainment, including a DJ Set with DJ $ISO on Saturday evening and a food area curated by Sandwich Club Barton Park with healthy options.
