The eighth edition of the Photography Festival "NARNIMMAGINARIA", an event that has now reached national importance, returns from 21 October to 12 November in Narni.

The important photographic exhibitions will be located in several spaces in the historic city: within the Romanesque walls of the Monumental Complex of San Domenico, on the main floor of the Museo Eroli, on the ground floor and underground of Palazzo dei Priori, but also in the hall of the Bishop’s Palace in the complex of Blessed Lucia.

The exhibition will see the participation of photographers such as Larry Towell and Matt Black (photographers of the prestigious Magnum Agency) who will exhibit their photographic works, Larry Towell Show and American Geography, in the locations of the Bishop’s Palace and the Eroli Museum. 

The official exhibition circuit will be held at the Auditorium San Domenico with the DOM exhibitions by Stefano Mirabella, BETWEEN DARKNESS AND LIGHT by Fabio Moscatelli, CHRONICLES OF FICTION by Angelo Raffaele Turetta, IN FESTA by Cristiano Morbidelli, BETWEEN THE MOUNTAINS OF THE SIBILLA by Luigi Loretoni and CUBA by Lucia Baldini. But also the works of the Umbrian photographer Cirkus Vogler and Alberto Novelli, Scena photographer of the film "The eight mountains". Here will be exposed NOTHING HAPPENS BY CHANCE of Simonetta Sperandio and the winner of the SLOWPHOTOWALK 2022 Fabio Salvatelli.

Palazzo dei Priori will welcome interesting authors from overseas: the Americans Dylan Haustor and Nick Grady and the Australian Laurence Watts in the halls of Palazzo dei Priori, the five works awarded in the OFF series will be hosted in the Palace of the former orphanage Beata Lucia; 

In the spaces of the SATOR headquarters, however, it will be possible to observe the work of SLOW & LENSLESS COLLECTIVE that bears the signature of Maria Francesca Bottari, Diego Duranti, Pierclaudio Duranti, Riccardo Gazzarri, Gianfranco Lunardo, Andreas Perlick and John Scarbro. 

Not only exhibitions then. In addition to the exhibitions distributed in the different spaces of the center, the festival will give the opportunity to participate in a rich program of events, meetings with authors and workshops such as the PORTFOLIO READINGS PRIZE SATOR and SLOWPHOTOWALK 2023 - 3 (in collaboration with TREKKING URBANO), but also a WORKSHOP of STENOPEICA PHOTOGRAPHY.

All with the aim of promoting active participation to anyone who wants to approach and deepen the world of photography.
