In Perugia, on Sunday, October 19, 2025, the Forza e Coraggio Challenge 100X1000 will take place, a non-competitive sporting event that combines the promotion of sport as a tool for well-being with a solidarity initiative in support of research and projects in the field of onco-hematology. Throughout the day, 100 athletes will pass the baton in a relay race of 1,000 meters each, with the goal of reaching the symbolic distance of 100 kilometers together. The event will begin at 9 a.m. and continue throughout the day, involving athletes, families, and citizens in a collective experience of sport and solidarity. Alongside the race, there will be entertainment moments with music and activities for younger participants, organized by the volunteers of Atletica Perugia Team, making the initiative accessible and engaging also for those not directly taking part in the relay.
