From 27 to 28 September, from 4 to 5 and from 11 to 12 October 2025, Il Lavandeto di Assisi in Assisi will welcome visitors for a new edition of the Festa delle Salvie. In the fields and gardens of Castelnuovo di Assisi, you can stroll among expanses of blooming sages, colourful perennial plants, aromatic herbs and two ponds with water lilies, lotuses and other aquatic species. It will be an opportunity to discover rare and easy-to-grow plants, receive useful gardening tips and buy directly from the producer, thanks to the plant market featuring zero-mile plants and lavender-based crafts.

Each day will include free guided tours, held at around 11 am and 4 pm, to explore the nursery’s collections and find inspiration for your own green spaces. Admission is free, and the event runs from 10 am to 7 pm with no booking required. A refreshment area will be available, and dogs on leads are welcome.
