In Assisi, between 21, 24 and 26 December 2025 and from 2 to 5 January 2026, takes place DeMusicAssisi Winter Edition, an event included in the city’s Christmas calendar that proposes a journey dedicated to the dialogue between history, music and tradition. The event offers the public an experience inspired by the Middle Ages, with appointments that highlight traditional music through the sound of bagpipes, fiddle players and moments linked to popular rituals in the alleys of the historic centre. In the January days, the programme focuses on medieval music, with courses in early music, concerts and historic feasts enlivened by musical performances, accompanied by roaming events that traverse urban spaces and rediscover their historical and cultural context.
