An almost magic combination connects Christmas to the great music: Umbria is also hosting, during the period of Christmas festivities, many concerts and exhibitions of national and international artists, so to give life to atmospheres and suggestions linking art, spirituality and show. 

From Perugia to Gubbio, from Orvieto to Assisi, through Spoleto, Terni or Città di Castello: many are the villages and cities of the Green Heart that are waiting for you to celebrate this moment of the year characterised by gospel, jazz, classical music, Christmas traditional music, in some of the most fascinating places of the region, such as the Basilica of St. Francis in the Seraphic town or the Basilica of St. Peter in the chief town.

🎶 Assisi

➡ 25th December – Upper Basilica of St. Francis 
Christmas Concert
Eurovision program on RAI 1 
The now traditional Christmas concert of the Sacred Convent of Assisi takes place every year in the Upper Basilica of St. Francis. 
The event will be broadcast on 25th December in Eurovision on Rai1 after the “Urbi et Orbi” blessing of the Pope.
