Subasio with Taste - 8th edition
There are almost eighty species of edible country herbs that grow spontaneously on the slopes of the Subasio Mountain: learning to recognize, look for and cook them is the goal of "Subasio with Taste", from 5th to 7th April in Spello.
The event is the right opportunity to discover an ancient culinary tradition of rural culture, which today is a real natural heritage to be preserved: during the three days of the event you can taste the most popular herbs of Umbria, by combining environment and food and wine.
The schedule includes many initiatives including hiking, conferences, culinary art, cooking show, a market of flowers and herbs, photographic explorations and lots of fun.
