Umbria will also participate in the “Day of Music” that has been taking place, since 1982, on the 21st June of each year bringing in the squares and alleys of several European cities concerts and performances, with the participation of musicians of each level and kind.

Towns involved in the event will be 261, for a total of beyond 6000 artists: in the Italian Green Heart initiatives will take place in 18 villages with a calendar rich of appointments that, in some cases, will be divided in more days. 
Districts participating to the initiative until now are: Foligno, Gubbio, Marsciano, Monte Santa Maria Tiberina, Montefalco, Perugia, San Gemini, Spoleto, Terni, Todi, Trevi and Vallo di Nera.
