From 8 to 12 October, FIAB will take part in the Perugia–Assisi Peace March with the initiative of reaching Perugia by bicycle from different Italian cities, and then riding at the front of the March.

Paciclica draws attention to the now inseparable link between peace and environmental sustainability. For this reason, Paciclica defines itself as a ride of civic commitment: the bicycle, from a means of transport, becomes a vehicle of peace.

Many cycling groups will depart from all over Italy, each represented by a colour of the rainbow.

Every participant can therefore leave from home alone, with a small group, or by using the intermodality train+bike, and then join a group and ride together to Perugia. For those unable to cycle in the days leading up to the event, there is also the possibility of meeting and joining directly in Perugia.
