On 1 and 2 November 2025, the town of Trevi will host Festivol, the event celebrating the arrival of new olive oil and Umbria’s agricultural traditions with two days of tastings, meetings, walks and guided tours of the oil mills. The event will enliven the historic centre and main squares, offering visitors the chance to discover the area’s finest products.

In Piazza Mazzini, the market exhibition of olive oil producers and Slow Food Presidia will feature tastings of bruschetta topped with freshly pressed oil. The programme also includes olive grove treks, horseback rides and activities focused on the olive-growing landscape surrounding Trevi.

Among the highlights are show cooking sessions on the use of olive oil in cuisine, guided tastings led by local oil mills, and talks dedicated to Trevi’s extra virgin olive oil. There will also be live music, art performances, exhibitions and sensory experiences in the town’s museums.

Throughout the weekend, Trevi’s oil mills will open their doors for guided tours and tastings, allowing visitors to witness the production of new oil and enjoy it straight from the press.
