In Città di Castello, Podere San Giovanni stands in a small valley. The estate covers over 100 hectares of cultivated fields, woods and vineyards: the old farmhouses are now comfortable and cosy. Opposite the Locanda is the 'Vecchio Casale' (old farmhouse) and two independent, renovated and diversified flats. The farm's old farmer's house is on the first floor, while on the floor below are the old cellars, which have been converted into independent flats. The two flats have exposed wooden beams in the ceilings, terracotta floors, niches and fireplaces, as well as their own bathrooms. All surrounded by a large shady garden for an independent holiday. An integral part of the farm is the Equestrian Centre, with fifteen horses, a grass field and a covered sand field for flat work. Surrounded by greenery, adjacent to the Locanda di Bissa and the Vecchio Casale you can enjoy a large swimming pool, also lit for a midnight swim. Dulcis in fundo, in an oasis of peace you will find a rustic natural pond for fishing enthusiasts and lovers of relaxation.
