De Chirico, Sironi, Depero - Rules to Lodges

Mario Rimoldi's art collection (1900 - 1974) is the protagonist of the exhibition "De Chirico, Sironi, Depero - Rules to Lodges", open until the 5th November 2017, in the just renewed spaces of the Gubbio's Wool Shooters Lodges. 


The exhibition project, curated by Vittorio Sgarbi, includes an inspiring selection of 43 artworks belonging to the prestigious collection that is normally preserved at the Rules House in Cortina d'Ampezzo.

It will be possible to admire the works of Filippo de Pisis, Giorgio de Chirico, Mario Sironi, Massimo Campigli and Anton Zoran Music, who established a fruitful friendship with the collector, but also of Ottone Rosai, Tullio Garbari, Gino Severini, Arturo Tosi and Virgilio Guidi, together with other ones rooted in the context of Venice and Veneto, such as Felice Carena, Umberto Moggioli, Pio Semeghini, Guido Cadorin and Fortunato Depero.

The exhibition also includes some artworks of important masters belonging to different artistic movements, among tradition and innovation: Xavier Bueno, Michele Cascella, Felice Casorati, Raoul Dufy, Achille Funi, Antonio Ligabue, Marino Marini, Pietro Marussig, Fausto Pirandello, Karl Plattner, Gino Severini, Ardengo Soffici, Emilio Vedova and Lorenzo Viani.

Opening times: Tuesday- Friday from 3 to 6 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 to 6 pm.
