From the 12^th April to the 7^th May Foligno will celebrate the "divine poem" with the many initiatives included in the "Dante's Celebration". 

Maybe not everyone knows that the first printed edition of the Divine Comedy was exactly made in the Quintana's Town.

The editio princeps was printed in 1472 by Giovanni Numeister, one of the typography pioneers, together with Evangelista Angelini by Trevi and with the collaboration of the goldsmith from Foligno Emiliano Orfini, who probably drew and engraved the characters.

Beyond a month of conferences, shows and exhibitions until the presentation of the editio princeps' reprint, published by the Campi Editoriale and illustrated by Nunzio Di Stefano (on the 20^th April).

Don't miss out on the exhibition "Books of young artists", open from the 22^nd April to the 7^th May in the opening hours of Palazzo Trinci's Museum (every day, except on Monday, from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 to 7 pm).
