Lombards are coming back in the Town of the Two Worlds’ Festival: the second edition of “Spoleto through Time” will take place from the 17th to the 23rd July. 

This week’s events include meetings, classes, historical re-enactments and conferences, through an itinerary in the footsteps of Romans and Lombards.

Beyond the conferences, the schedule also includes a lot of entertainment with travelling itineraries, challenges of ancient times and duels in historical costumes.
Among the various initiatives on schedule it’s worth mentioning: on Tuesday 18 ^th July the appointment with “ Spoleto walks” to the discovery of Lombard recordings in the town and, in the evening, the performance of fire-eaters that will illuminate the streets of the historical centre. On Thursday 20 ^th don’t miss out on the “ Banquet and symposium in the ancient world through the relics of the National Archaeological Museum of Spoleto”, a conference with a free tasting, and on Sunday 23 ^rd, the “ King of shooters“, a display of historical archery.
