Truffle experts will illustrate the peculiarities, the methods of collection and the centuries-old stories related to this treasure.
The Taste Laboratories, through numerous sensory analysis of the truffle and workshops, will be the celebration of the love for the truffle, and each ingredient will be the piece of a story full of emotions.
It will also be possible to admire the chefs at work thanks to various Cooking Shows: culinary creations will be proposed that will challenge the ordinary, telling stories of tradition and innovation, of inspirations and family secrets, capturing the palate and the mind of the spectators
Finally, you can try your hand at Cooking Classes, which will give interested people the opportunity to discover secrets and tips taught by chefs.
