In Castelnuovo di Assisi, from October 22 to 25, the second edition of L’Autunno nel Piatto takes place, featuring a gastronomic program centered on traditional seasonal ingredients and regional cooking. The event is hosted inside the town's multipurpose facility, offering over three hundred indoor seats to welcome guests for dinner from Thursday to Saturday, as well as for Sunday lunch. The culinary offerings highlight core agricultural and woodland products of the Umbrian territory: the menu focuses on mushrooms, truffles, wild game, and seasonal vegetables, prepared according to local traditions and paired with regional wines.
