Our new Christmas Strong Ale is inspired by the Belgian tradition of special beers brewed for the Christmas period. The selected yeasts for mixed fermentation give a well-balanced bouquet of fruit and spices, combining the rustic, Saison scents with the sweet, enveloping character of a Tripel. the aroma is finally wrapped up with a small but significant addition of cold hops that pleasantly draws the nose to the glass.

Umbra-BIO was born from the collaboration with the company "Luppolo Made In Italy" to promote an all-Italian hop supply chain, starting from our territory. 5.2% alc. Umbria Pale Ale style beer - already American - produced with 100% organic US varieties grown in Altotevere, a few kilometres from our brewery, and with totally organic and Umbrian malt. The aroma combines classic American-style citrus scents with interesting floral notes characteristic of Italian cultivation.
