The World Nordic Walking Day will take place in Assisi, on 19^th and 20^th May: it’s a unique occasion to discover the seraphic town during a weekend under the sign of sport and entertainment.

The programme includes a tour to visit some of the most beautiful spots of Assisi, such as the splendid Roman Domus and their invaluable underground heritage, or the Major Fortress, the mighty medieval fortress overlooking the city and the whole Umbrian valley.

Don’t miss the Nordic Walking walk on Saturday 19^th, with an urban route discovering the unusual spots and glimpses of Assisi and on Sunday 20^th along the thousand-year-old paths of the Subasio mountain among the forests and breath-taking views that inspired S. Francis.
