From 15 to 17 May, the sports fields of Arrone and Montefranco host the first edition of the Valnerina International Cup, an international youth football tournament for Under 12 teams. The event brings together Italian, Portuguese and Spanish clubs for three days dedicated to sport, youth development and community participation.

Participating teams include the Umbrian clubs Ternana, Terni F.C., Perugia and Foligno, alongside Ascoli, Porto, Vitória Guimarães and Racing de Ferrol. Matches will take place across the Valnerina area, turning Arrone and Montefranco into meeting points for youth football organisations from different European countries.
