Massa Martana, from March 1 to May 31, 2026, hosts Sentieri Martani – Nature Experiences, a calendar of eleven events designed to explore the area through outdoor activities. The program takes participants across ridgelines, valleys and woodlands, with experiences ranging from nature photography to birdwatching, from archaeological trekking to themed excursions, including sunset walks.

Among the events, the excursion on April 19, 2026, at Monte il Cerchio focuses on pollinators and orchids. The route unfolds through meadows and holm oak groves, among wild blooms and native orchids, offering insights into the role of pollinators in biodiversity and ecosystem balance. The route is approximately 3.7 km long with an elevation gain of 80 metres, on an out-and-back trail, and is classified as easy (tourist level). The activity is free and suitable for all, including children aged 8 and over.

The events run throughout spring and offer the opportunity to experience the local landscape and natural environments. The program concludes with Martana Wild, a three-day festival dedicated to biodiversity.
