On 1 November, Trevi hosts Olio Trekking 2026, a walking event through the olive groves of the Fascia Olivata Assisi-Spoleto, starting from Piazza Garibaldi and including stops at local olive mills. The event offers two routes: a 20 km long route, starting at 9.00 am from Piazza Garibaldi with three refreshment stops along the way, and a 10 km short route, starting at 9.30 am from the Olio Trevi mill in Matigge with one refreshment stop. A shuttle service from Piazza Garibaldi to the mill is available for the short route from 8.15 to 9.15 am. During the day, participants can walk through the olive-growing landscape and stop at working olive mills, where the new olive oil has just been produced. At the end of the routes, a lunch at Taverna del Castello is included in the participation fee together with the refreshment stops.
