In Cannara, from 1 to 6 and 8 to 13 September, the Festa della Cipolla returns for its 44th edition. The main feature of the event is the onion, an ingredient closely connected to the local agricultural and culinary tradition, served in a variety of recipes from starters to desserts. During the festival, visitors can taste dishes that highlight its different uses in the kitchen and discover its connection with the Umbrian territory. The event is also an opportunity to spend time in the village and enjoy local flavours in a convivial atmosphere.
