Rebuilt around 1896, the building has a stone and brick facade with a large rose window. Artworks inside include a Madonna and Child by the Perugia School of the sixteenth century, a 1831 painting by Vincenzo Chialli depicting the Incredulity of St. Thomas and a wooden crucifix of the 13th century.
