A tour through the oil mills of Giano dell’Umbria to discover the excellencies of the Italian Green Heart: the 12th edition of the "Mangiaunta" will take place at the beginning of November during the Open Oil Mills, while the last weekend of the month will celebrate the end of the olive harvest with the "Festival of the Branch".

The Mangiaunta is a five-day event during which you will be able to taste the Umbrian food and wine specialties: in addition to the new oil, the absolute protagonist of the event, you will find the best products of the rural tradition, such as the black celery of Trevi, chickpeas or lentils to accompany the excellent DOC and DOCG wines of the local wineries.

In the last weekend of the month, with the "bonfinita" (the end of the olive harvest), Giano dell’Umbria will host the traditional Festival of the Branch, animated by the parade of floats and pickers of olive trees dressed in traditional clothing of the territory.
