Twelve appointments of art and well-being when culture combines with health and the great outdoors for the benefit of mind and body: photo trails, hiking, panoramic walks and excursions to see the natural and artistic beauty of Umbria, through its beautiful villages.

Beginning on Saturday 11th July with the events in Spello, Trevi and Bevagna, they continue on Sunday 12th July with those in Montefalco, Deruta and Umbertide. Saturday 18th July it's the turn of Montone, Marsciano and Cascia concluding on Sunday 19th July in Bettona, Amelia and Cannara: numerous initiatives to discover the Green Heart of Italy.

 

All of the events are free of charge.
