Inaudito 2026

From 23 May to 24 October, the sites of the National Museums of Umbria host Inaudito, a distributed musical season conceived by the Brunello and Federica Cucinelli Foundation under the artistic direction of Fabio Ciofini.

The programme opens on 23 May at the Church of Sant'Agata of the National Archaeological Museum and Roman Theatre of Spoleto with Ensemble Luciminia performing La Trosonata in Germania for Baroque violin, viola da gamba and harpsichord. On 7 June the season continues at the Salone d'onore of Villa del Colle del Cardinale with a clarinet and piano recital. On 20 June and 1 July, the focus shifts to the Archaeological Area of Carsulae for two separate events: a violin concert in the Roman Amphitheatre and a Baroque ensemble in the Church of SS. Cosma e Damiano. On 26 September, the Tempietto sul Clitunno hosts a double-bass solo; the following day, Castello Bufalini in San Giustino presents a viola and guitar duo. On 3 October, the Paleontological Museum of Pietrafitta welcomes a saxophone quartet; on 4 October the programme returns to Villa del Colle del Cardinale for voice and guitar. On 11 October, the Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria resounds with the music of Bach; on 24 October, Rocca Albornoz – National Museum of the Duchy of Spoleto closes the season with a piano and orchestra concert.
