In Castiglione del Lago, from October 23 to 25, the eighth edition of Festival ARS Contemporanea takes place under the artistic direction of Gianluca Brundo, exploring the theme of travel. Hosted inside Palazzo della Corgna, the festival opens on Friday with an introduction by Paolo Giulierini and the stage premiere of Odissea – Il Viaggio della Conoscenza, performed by Brundo with live music and vocals. Saturday features a solo piano recital by Maestro Maurizio Mastrini, book presentations by Eleonora Sandrelli and Stefano Casertano at the Caffè Contemporaneo, a cinema lecture on Pasolini by Riccardo Lestini, and a short film screening by Christian Marazziti. The day concludes with a panel on Italian film dubbing featuring Pasquale Anselmo and Francesca Fiorentini, who receives the festival award. On Sunday, the program closes with ARS Contemporanea KIDS, an afternoon of screenings, music, and interactive activities for families led by GianGian Folletto.
