Saturday, October 31, features a guided trek along the Sentiero del Furioso with tastings, an outdoor lunch in the village of Cecanibbi with local producers, and a guided olive oil tasting in the municipal vaults. On Sunday, November 1, the schedule includes a wild herb foraging walk in the Parco degli Ulivi della Consolazione, olive mill visits with a shuttle service, a tour of the Convent of Montesanto, live music, and a community bruschetta tasting in Piazza del Popolo.
