Cibi del mondo
In Foligno from the 4th to the 7th May, discover the history and culture of other nations, through their traditional cuisine, flavours and aromas, at "Cibi del Mondo", enjoying specialities from every part of the planet.
From the spices brought back by Marco Polo to Cantonese cuisine in European capitals, international street food from Perù, Argentina, Brazil, Austria, the United States, Spain, Morocco, Romania, as well as Italian regional specialities from Abruzzo, Marche, Emilia Romagna, Piedmont, Tuscany, Sicily and so on. Of course, Umbria will not be missing from this line up, with its many delicacies: Truffle, dried cured meats, cheese and local wine, just to mention a few of them.
Four days of tastings, history lessons, accompanied by music, shows, entertainment and fun as well as a series of initiatives: ready for a trip around the world?
