Calvi Festival 2026
From 2 to 30 August, Calvi dell’Umbria hosts Calvi Festival 2026, with events dedicated to theatre, music, cinema, dance, literature, art and local culture. The programme takes place at the Cavea of the Greco-Roman Theatre, the Monastery Theatre and Gardens, and in the town’s streets and squares. It includes theatre performances, concerts, film screenings, author talks, exhibitions and dance events. Highlights include tributes to Gigi Proietti and Renato Carosone, a concert by Mimmo Locasciulli, productions inspired by Shakespeare and Euripides, the dance work Quadri 2026 and Phenomenal Women. The festival also features Italian films, short films, book presentations and talks on healthcare, artificial intelligence and local development. The calendar is completed by the Notte del Labirinto, the Palio degli Alfieri, the Tra Pomi e Fiori market exhibition and other events linked to local summer traditions. Some events are free, while others require a ticket.
