"Amici della Musica" is celebrating its seventieth anniversary and for this landmark celebration, is inaugurating the 2015/2016 season with works of Mozart.

On the 25th October, the opening concert, held in Teatro Morlacchi is with the Freiburger Barockorchester, with the participation of Christian Gerhaher. They will be performing concert arias, taken from the "Nozze di Figaro", "Don Giovanni" and "Così fan tutte", the "Symphony N.

31 in D Major (Paris)" and the "Clarinet Concerto in A Major".

The calendar continues with great pianists: Grigory Sokolov, Marc-da André Hamelin, Nelson Freire, Krystian Zimerman, and, for the first time, Mariangela Vacatello, the renowned Italian musician.

Chamber music, renowned female violinists, as well as the traditional Christmas and Easter appointments will accompany you for the remainder of the season until the final concert performed by the Orchestra da Camera di Perugia (The Chamber Orchestra of Perugia), with Enrico Bronzi as conductor and cello soloist.

The Sala dei Notari, Teatro Morlacchi and the Basilica of San Pietro in Perugia will be the venues for the concerts.
