This story begins with Vittorio Gaudenzi in the immediate post-war period and continues today with his son and grandchildren: Francesco and his wife Rossana, and their sons Andrea and Stefano. As chance would have it, oil is the leitmotif of their lives and of their family. A story of love for the land and firm choices; of dedication and passion in the artisanal production of top quality extra virgin olive oil.

Productive process

The mill from which the Gaudenzi family obtains their extra virgin olive oil is unique. Extremely state-of-the-art and developed in close contact with the University of Perugia, the production process is the flagship of this company that makes the production of top quality extra virgin olive oil its main mission.
