HOW IT IS: It is slightly amber in colour, with orange highlights and a lively ivory foam. The aroma is dominated by orange, with hints of pear, ripe banana and fruit under spirits. On the palate it confirms itself as a citrusy, thirst-quenching beer, evolving through enveloping notes of wholemeal bread and malt. A decisive but balanced bitterness lingers discreetly in the mouth, enticing one to take another sip.
